NMI Structural Overview

NMI was organized in October 2008 and is comprised of three related entities. NMI AS is a corporation under Norwegian law which is the General Partner for NMI's two investment funds (NMI Global Fund and NMI Frontier Fund). These two investment funds are Limited Partnerships under Norwegian law. NMI AS manages the NMI Global Fund and the NMI Frontier Fund and administers the NMI Professional Assistance Facility.
